General Terms and Acceptance

This Terms and Conditions document is a valid and binding agreement between dfbocau ("Platform", "We") and the individual who registers or uses the services provided on the dfbocau website ("User", "You").

By accessing, registering, logging in or using any part of the dfbocau platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to all terms stated in this document as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are asked not to continue using the platform.

dfbocau operates under international licensing. This platform is designed for users in Malaysia and complies with the relevant licensing requirements.

Account Registration and Management

Each user is allowed to hold one (1) dfbocau account only. Opening more than one account by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all such accounts being terminated without prior notice.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name, mobile phone number, active email address and other required details. False or incomplete information may result in account suspension or closure.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. dfbocau will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account as a result of your own negligence in safeguarding your login details.

• Notify the dfbocau support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Update your personal information if any changes occur
• Do not share your login details with any other party
• Use a strong and unique password for your dfbocau account

User Eligibility

Use of the dfbocau platform is strictly limited to individuals who have reached the age of 21 years. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be compromised.

Users must also be Malaysian citizens or permanent residents who have lawful access to this platform in accordance with applicable local laws. You are responsible for ensuring your use of this platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your location.

dfbocau reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required verification documents within the specified period may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

Deposits and Payment Methods

dfbocau accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit for all listed payment methods is RM30. No additional fees are charged for deposit transactions. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except for cryptocurrency transactions which use the current exchange rate.

dfbocau reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used before processing any withdrawal. This is part of the security measures to protect users from fraud.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be made via the same payment method used during deposit. The minimum withdrawal is RM100. Withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the method chosen and the verification required.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same account or e-wallet used for the deposit. dfbocau does not allow withdrawals to third-party accounts as a protective measure against fraud and money laundering.

Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

dfbocau offers various promotions to registered users. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and time limits as set. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will cause the bonus to expire automatically.

The dfbocau welcome bonus offers a 150% first deposit bonus up to RM300. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM150 bringing your balance to RM250, with a wagering requirement of RM150 × 20 = RM3,000. For a deposit of RM600, a bonus of RM300 will be given bringing the balance to RM900, with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 20 = RM6,000.

The dfbocau VIP programme consists of four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%) and Platinum (up to 1.2%). VIP tier advancement is based on user activity and loyalty on the platform.

• Abuse of promotions or detection of irregular activity may result in bonus cancellation and account closure
• VIP Cashback is calculated based on actual betting activity using personal funds (not bonus funds)

Permitted User Conduct

dfbocau users are required to use the platform in a lawful, ethical and responsible manner. All gambling activity on this platform must be conducted for entertainment purposes only.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dfbocau platform:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Engaging in money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity
• Registering multiple accounts under the same or different identities
• Abusing the bonus or promotion system in any unintended manner
• Making false claims or deceiving the customer support team

dfbocau uses advanced monitoring technology to detect any irregular activity. Violations of these terms may result in immediate account closure and cancellation of all associated balances and winnings.

Account Closure and Suspension

dfbocau reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for reasonable causes including but not limited to violations of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of relevant authorities.

Users may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the dfbocau support team via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period subject to a final account review.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of terms, dfbocau reserves the right to freeze or cancel any unused bonus balance. Legitimate real-fund balances will be returned upon completion of the investigation, where applicable.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

dfbocau provides its platform services on an "as is" basis. The platform may experience technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance or unexpected downtime. dfbocau will endeavour to minimise such disruptions but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform.

dfbocau is not responsible for any losses arising from gambling decisions made by users. All gambling activity is conducted at the user's own risk and dfbocau makes no guarantee of winnings.

All games on the dfbocau platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently verified by third parties to ensure fairness and randomness of game outcomes. dfbocau does not manipulate the results of any game.

• dfbocau is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses
• dfbocau's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user
• dfbocau is not responsible for disruptions caused by factors beyond our control

Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

dfbocau reserves the right to amend, add to or modify any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amended terms will take effect immediately upon being published on this platform.

It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any recent changes. Continued use of the dfbocau platform after any amendment is considered acceptance of the amended terms.

This document and all disputes arising from the use of the dfbocau platform shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the international laws applicable to dfbocau's licensing. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate arbitration.
